LEDLYD APP software is independently developed by myself. The following is the use of ledlyd software (hereinafter referred to as "the software") and services. You must carefully read and fully understand the contents of the terms, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability. If you continue to use the software, you will be deemed to have accepted any of the terms of this agreement.

1、 [software installation and uninstallation]

1.1 the software may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices. You should download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.

1.2 after downloading the installation program, you need to install it correctly according to the steps prompted by the program.

1.3 if you no longer need to use the software or need to install a new version of the software, you can uninstall it by yourself.

2、 [software update]

2.1 in order to improve the user experience and service content, the software will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

2.2 in order to ensure the safety and function consistency of the software and services, I have the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or restrict some functions of the software.

2.3 after the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. There is no guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and the corresponding customer service will be provided. Please check and download the latest version at any time.

3、 [user personal information protection]

3.1 protecting users' personal information is one of our basic principles. We will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we will not disclose the user's personal information to any third party without the user's permission.

3.2 in the process of using this app, you do not need to register to use the app, and you do not need to provide any personal data.

3.3 before using the app, the user needs to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and allow the app to use Bluetooth in order to connect the devices and products, otherwise it cannot be used normally.

3.4 without your consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

4.1.1 you understand and agree that in order to provide you with effective services, the software runs independently on the mobile terminal and will not be connected to the world wide web and LAN during normal use. This software does not generate wireless data traffic charges during use.

4.1.2 you understand and agree that some functions of the software may let third parties know the user's information.

4.1.3 when you use a specific service of the software, the service may have separate agreements and relevant business rules (hereinafter referred to as "separate agreements"). Please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements before using the service.

4.1.4 when using the software and services, users shall bear the following risks beyond our control, including but not limited to:

4.1.4.1 personal information loss, leakage and other risks that may be caused by force majeure;

4.1.4.2 the user must select the software version that matches the installed mobile phone, otherwise, any problem or damage caused by the mismatch between the software and the mobile phone model shall be borne by the user;

4.2 software usage specification

Unless permitted by law or permitted by us in writing, you shall not engage in the following acts in the process of using the software:

4.2.1 delete the copyright information on the software and its copies;

4.2.2 reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile the software, or try to find the source code of the software in other ways;

4.2.3 use, lease, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish, establish mirror sites, etc. for the contents of which I have intellectual property rights;

4.2.4 add, delete or change the function or operation effect of the software by modifying or forging the instructions and data in the operation of the software, or operate or disseminate the software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes or not;

4.2.5 use our software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins and systems not developed or authorized by us, or make, release and disseminate the above tools;

4.2.6 interfere with the software and its components, modules and data by itself or by authorizing others or third-party software;

4.2.7 other behaviors without my express authorization.

4.3 【 default treatment 】

4.3.1 you understand and agree that we have the right to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement in our reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and keep relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. Users shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom alone.

4.3.2 you understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party arising from your breach of this agreement or the relevant terms of service; If we suffer losses as a result, you should also compensate for them.

5、 [Others]

By using the software, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. We have the right to modify the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can refer to the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of the software. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software.
